The terms for using ThreeQ, for guests and for restaurants. By using the app, the join page, the host console or this website you agree to them.
For guests
ThreeQ is free for guests. A place in a queue is a place, not a guaranteed table: the restaurant decides who sits and where, and the estimated wait can move.
Once you are called you have five minutes to arrive. If that runs out the branch holds your place by default, though a branch can choose to pass the turn on.
Use your real number and your real name. An account that uses the service to hold places it does not intend to take, or to harass a venue, can be suspended.
For restaurants
Anyone can sign up, and every branch is reviewed before guests can see it. We can refuse or suspend a branch whose details are wrong, or which uses the service in a way that harms guests.
Subscriptions are annual and per branch, and the first month of each branch is free. A branch whose subscription ends disappears from guests; its data stays yours.
You are responsible for the numbers you enter on the board. Only add a guest's number with their consent, because they will receive SMS from ThreeQ on your venue's behalf. Your venue link and QR code are yours to use in your own materials without restriction.
Staff you add see guest details according to their role. You are responsible for who you grant access to and for removing it when they leave.
Reviews
Only somebody who actually visited through ThreeQ can leave a review, and the review says so. We remove reviews that are abusive or that contain somebody's personal details.
The service as it is
We work to keep it running and cannot promise it never stops. If it goes down mid-service a restaurant falls back to how it worked before, which is a case we expect and design for.
ThreeQ is not liable for losses arising from an outage, from a guest who does not arrive, or from a restaurant's decision about who to seat.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and when we do the date above changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan.
